This irregular, and violent, organization is getting a lot of attention these days in Bolivia; especially from the people that is against the accomplishment of the autonomic referendum in Santa Cruz and from those that want this democratic process to be successful as well. The only ones that truly love the propaganda are the few members of the UJC that are cashing in with all the media attention.
The point is; the maSSist regime has no capacity to stop the autonomic referendum in Santa Cruz, an illegal process being run by the opposition to the nation’s tyrant with two possible intentions. To use the results of the referendum as a democratic show of force that will help bring legitimacy to the fighting against the maSSist intent to cut our liberties and democracy, or as many that are truly fighting for democracy might fear, become the constitution for a new Country separating from Bolivia, the also dreadful, secession.
Both possibilities are completely inconvenient for the regime’s agenda, so they are not only boycotting the elections, they have ordered the police not to do their duty as custodians of the people’s safety during the Election Day and have publicly requested anybody that commutes with their thinking to stop, violently if necessary, this referendum. Mass mobilizations of the maSSist zealots from other parts of the country are not discarded and the regimes henchmen in the colonized towns of San Julian & Yapacani have already organized their on “squadristi” for that purpose. This has obligated the organizers of the democratic event, mainly the Santa Cruz Prefecture and the Santa Cruz Civic Committee, to raise up a volunteer guard to protect the people’s wellbeing and stop any intent of the regime to prevent this referendum from happening.
Word in the street is that this democratic militia is up to the tens of thousands by now, and the UJC is a part of it. As a matter of fact, they cannot not be a part of it since they have stayed the muscle behind the Santa Cruz Civic Committee since 1957; a mistake that could prove costly to Santa Cruz in their democratic intent to gain autonomy. Many that have no idea of the Santa Cruz reality are preoccupied because of the fascistic conception of the UJC; since as well as Evo’s Cocaleros and now other added militia groups like the Ponchos Rojos, the founder of the UJC was a nationalistic fascist, Carlos Valverde Barbery; a current proponent of the separation of Santa Cruz as an independent Country from Bolivia. The true about the UCJ numbers is that they maybe got to be 1.500 at their best time and that today’s thousands of defenders of the autonomic referendum in Santa Cruz have nothing to do with the UJC or any other fascistic group; most of them are University students with socialistic ideals.
Never the less, the presence of the Civic Committee Scadristic, no matter their small number compared to the rest that will participate in the referendum, is going to be a rock in the autonomic movement’s shoe; we will soon see how much it damages this democratic proposal; here and abroad.

GoSSiping at MaSSist StylishneSS
Since a week ago or so, one of the major preoccupations among the Bolivian people that believe in, “living good”, trough democracy, has being the speculation by the maSSist regime that the private sector was responsible for the rising of the prices of basic food items within the nation and their brainless decree prohibiting the private sector to export edible oil, no matter the consequences.
This policy, which consist in prohibiting the oil producers to export oil, mostly from the Soya fields of Santa Cruz, stronghold of the opposition; supposedly had the brilliant idea of ensuring that there will be so much cooking oil, since we only consume around 20% of what we produce, that it will become really cheap. Off course, cooking oil isn’t the only item that has become scarce in the Country.
The private industry could talk to the government and say that they will subvention the oil within the country and loose money, but not the international contracts; where the real bucks are. But, why should they subvention our lives when the government says they have collected so much money with their hydrocarbon policy that their economy is the healthiest ever in the nation. Something I seriously doubt since it cannot even increase the pitiable salaries it pays to our police force.
In reality, very few people supports the regime’s measurement, most of them are anti capitalist and globalization radicals that will support any maSSist decision. Or the lazy people that all societies have that believe they should get all the benefits for living well from the government, no matter they work for it or not. And, the most pathetic, the ones that truly believe the private industry is provoking alimentary speculation in the country, and all do they accept is not a smart economic move, they think is a dam good political move.
Some of the pro Evo people that know at least a little about economy, like Jim Shulthz, a public supporter of the regime’s policies who almost never writes in critical fashion of the Morales administration wrote the following in his most recent blog: http://www.democracyctr.org/blog/. “Morales government is becoming more and more paranoid and authoritarian in its manner, a subject of genuine concern here by both right and left. It is also a really stupid move politically. Is there really a sane politician anywhere in the world who believes that his or her political standing will improve by completely pissing off every media outlet in the nation? Another article reports on a government decree banning the export of cooking oil, again ostensibly an anti-inflation measure, but again, a really stupid one”.

The Bolivian newspapers are full of articles from capable people denouncing this foolish and arbitrary decree, the largest cooking oil fabric in Cochabamba already communicated they are not buying more soy beans to produce their products and will likely close their doors and fire their workers. The heavy transport association of the Country is preparing to blockage the international commerce, since they will also be seriously affected by this; and so on reported every industry that uses the byproducts of the cooking oil product for their on production, like the aviculture.
The private industry sector in Santa Cruz is meeting next Tuesday to study what to do, including the possibility to continue producing and exporting against the will of the regime, which said it will use the army to stop any such intention.
All this reminds me an e-mail that a Venezuelan friend sent me recently, telling me how in his last trip to Africa, I thing Congo or Liberia, he bought 3 cans of powder milk to take to his Country; since the totalitarian regime of Hugo Chavez has spend years destroying a private industry that compete with the government for the love of the people, which resides in our pockets.
In addition to this very possible populist thinking by the Morales’ administration, I also believe that there is a specific provocation to the opposition by the regime, which it is based heavily in the productive private sector; trying to affect their pockets hoping for them to organize violent mobilizations in Santa Cruz, so to have an excuse to use the army against them. Thus, instead of fighting freedom fighters from the autonomic movement, they will be fighting money sucking oligarchs.
We will see what happens after next Tuesday, in the mean time, and according to the regime’s common rule of thumb and desire, people in the nation is becoming more and more socially alike; poor and jobless. Just what a nationalistic populist administration needs if it wants to survive.

I have screwed and I cannot govern!
That might have being the words, in a 3 hour confession, Evo Morales, dictator of Bolivia want to be, cried out loud to Monsenor Terrazas, the representative of the Catholic Church in Bolivia. Just a couple of days after Evo himself told him and Tuto Quiroga, PODEMOS leader seeking the mediation of the Church, that we must give the Cesar what is the Cesar’s and God what is God’s; in a more criollo way. He was off course, no Cesar yet, so he promptly did once again what Tuto told him to do and started seeking the intervention of this entity to try to get him out of the hole he put himself in.
This can be promising, because the other time Evo Morales did something Tuto said must be done, things went relatively well for the Country, that is, nationalizing the prices of Hydrocarbons with new contracts. There will be some adepts to the regime that the 3 hour meeting with the representative of the Catholic Church was to put him in place; but if that was the case? Why V.P. Lineras backed out of Congress saying that he didn’t want to ruin the possibility of the conversations between Evo and Terrazas go well. Off course, we must add that since the maSSist legislators didn’t have their zealots around to protect them, they certainly don’t want to be in the same room and close to the democracy fighters fits in congress.
I applaud this intention to negotiate a way out for Bolivia; I hope it doesn’t come to late. It is a much better proposition than the maSSist, established trough their puppet Exeni in the National Electoral Court; where he is seeking to validate the legality of the regime’s proposal of new constitution at the same time that buries the autonomic movement and its referendums through weak interpretations of legality.
We will see what happens, what is certain is that the regime’s top heads have finally realized that their referendum for their new racist constitution is not going to win the 50% plus one votes it needs and they do not have a way to explain or contain their violent masses after their defeat is confirmed. One thing is getting close to be certain, there is not going to be a Bolivia as we now today under the wrath of an indigenous tyrant, without a fight that is going to cost the lives of many people; let’s continue working for that not to happen.

Kicking Oxygen, Evo Style
It is a common saying in Bolivia, when a person is proposing something stupid or foolish; to tell them they are kicking oxygen, which is the allegory off somebody trying to kick a soccer ball with full force and missing. This happens because moments before a contender removed the ball from its place or the player simply missed the ball because didn’t coordinate properly.
These days, Evo Morales, president of Bolivia and dictator of the country want to be, is kicking the thin oxygen in the high lands of La Paz; and isn’t playing his second favorite sport, soccer. After the CONALDE, democratic opposition to the regime scored a goal against the maSSist, deciding to move forward their referendum for autonomies, the tyrant understood that no matter how much he proclaims this democratic event is illegal; his own doings and his regime’s illegalities and violence condone the actions of the opposition. So he decided to “accept” the referendum for autonomies if the documents to be voted for are written by democratically elected representatives, using the same electoral modality used to elect the members of the constituent assembly; to give it “legality”, the autocrat claims.
This would be great, of course, only if Bolivia doesn’t take in account that the maSSist regime and Evo Morales violently repressed the members of the constituent assembly that opposed him; aborted a project of constitution without letting the opposition participate and just 5 days ago, violently suppressed the rights of millions of Bolivians, the ones that are claiming for autonomy; when the regime and their violent zealots armed with sticks and dynamite did not allowed the opposition to the regime to enter or participate in congress. So, as it is obvious, the people of Bolivia, trough their representatives in congress told Evo de Tyrant to take a hike.
The ball is still at Evo and his regime’s court and they are down a goal, they have screwed up so badly that most of their possible moves are using violence trying to prevent the referendums for autonomies, which will backfire with more violence in a place not sustainable for him; or the regime can let the opposition win their referendum and try to hold their ground when the newly proclaimed autonomous regions try to take they share of power from the centralized state; which will most probably also need the use of violence.
I could not say, if I will be Evo!, since I will never be stupid enough to mess up so much; but, if Evo request from me a solution of the current situation that will not derive in violence, or at least, will not give more excuses to it, I would tell him the following:
Accept the legality of all the referendums, the two proposed by the regime and the ones proposed by the opposition, but with the agreement that they will be considered legal and applicable only if they win by 2/3 of the votes.
This will give the Bolivian people the chance to return to the beginning of the Evo era without more bloodshed, with the opportunity to make less dramatic changes under a country that has a completely new political vision than 2 years ago, under a constitution that might not be the greatest, but that allows to make changes in favor of the people as other political parties where able to do. Who knows, and the voting will depart a few surprises that will obligate as to elect a new constituent assembly to change the constitution, for the moment, with the changes obligated by the results of the referendums.

Jamuy, carajo, JAMUYYY
Those are the words my “contacts” in the “Palacio Quemado”, Evo’s office in La Paz , say are vomited by Evo himself since the early hours every day. The desperate words, which mean “hurry the fuck up”, are yelled at the maSSits zealots that had fallen behind the democracy fighters of Bolivia, a group that has defined May 4th of 2008 as the day the department of Santa Cruz will chose if they want or not autonomy from the centralized, racist and fascistic regime of Evo Morales.
The result of this referendum is well know by everybody, a YES for autonomy; and the maSSists are now moving their pieces in this political chess game that will have “similar”, but not identical, repercussions as the referendum that gave Kosovo its recent independence from Serbia. These moves are filled out with planed street violence by the maSSists squadristy under hypothetical representation of the will of the people by the regimes Social Sectors (SS).
The two majors moves have different scenarios, the one in Santa Cruz, where the referendum is going to take place is leaded by Lucio Videla, a puppet of the maSSist under the command of the divided local Workers Union (COD) and by Pedro Nuni, a little know leader of CIDOB, a self proclaimed Indigenous Confederation of the Bolivian Low Lands that has more colons from the highlands than local native indigenous members. These sinister individuals will be in charge of leading public marches by the regimes mobs (SS), breaking peace and tranquility and seeking one or more violent confrontations with the hope of having a martyr in their ranks; thus having the empowerment of downplaying the future autonomy of Santa Cruz because it will “supposedly” be chosen under the blood of the fallen. Exactly the same reasoning behind the way the maSSist proposal of constitution was written and which is effecting so much its acceptance by the people.
The second major move is planed to be taken in effect in La Paz, under several actors identified up to VP Garcia Lineras, their goal is to force the congress, to approve going to the urns for the maSSist referendum in rewards to their proposal for new constitution the same May 4th of 2008. To do so, the regime has already mobilized scores of zealots form the coca growers of Yungas and El Chapare, the last are know as the most violent of the SS, specially taking in account that no one had ever being able to take to justice any of their members, now officially “protected” by the regime as explained by the regime’s Minister of Government, Alfredo Rada; which just said this SS have “permission” to stalk congress.
The opposition in congress, which control the upper chamber has already told the maSSist, “no way Jose”; before any laws are created to bring up the referendum for the new constitution, they will approve the referendum that will decide if the people wants or not to change the president and the prefects. A proposition presented to the lower chamber by Evo Morales itself and that has passed the upper chamber with some more “participative democracy” rhetoric. This is a referendum Evo Morales and their zealots want nothing to do with and have being trying to let it be entrapped in congress for ever.
The next days are going to be crucial, the maSSist are desperate to get a law that will favor them in a way that it could be somehow seen as legal. The bullying of congress is, by their means, a very legal tactic and they are not worry about their repercussion; it is just the way they got to power and they are not planning on changing for the best at this time of the game. The opposition must be very careful at putting their cojones in place and not run away from trouble in La Paz and keeping their own people in control in Santa Cruz in a way that any confrontation will be considered a defense instead of an attack. We will see what happens, the fact is the liberties and democracy en Bolivia are now, in the hands of very few people with a lot of mass movement capacity.

A Truce Evo Style and the Cocalero Cojones
A few days ago, after the Departmental Electoral Court of Santa Cruz defined they would go ahead with the departmental referendum for autonomies, against the will of its national director, the regime’s puppet J.L Exeni; A decision that came immediately after the CONALDE stepped out of the negotiation table when the maSSist intended to manipulate the agenda for their “dialog”. Evo Morales and his neo indigenous fascist shivered of fear and decided to call a “humanitarian truce”, with no political talking and pressure of no parts in these terrible days where half of Bolivia is under inundation.
The CONALDE of course was politically forced to accept he truce but did not back down from their intent to move the autonomic referendum. The regime’s rhetoric was quiet in the two days that was busy trying, with no success, to prove the US government was spying over the spies of Cuba and Venezuela in our territory. Then Evo Morales moved to his home turf, El Chapare, supposedly to follow up over “humanitarian assistance” given to his supporters in this also, inundated area.
But all Evo did was, well, tear down the truce; not that we are surprise at him not being truthful with the country, but one will expect at least a week of peace and quiet; who knows and with all this rain, what bug must be bugging our own Bolivian apprentice of dictator. Among the “news” he publicly gave us is that his people in El Chapare and El Altiplano, were asking him to have “cojones” and if not, to give them weapons to put the “cojones” for him in order to achieve their indigenous inclined political change. Of course we all know that the regime has already these paramilitary forces established in El Alto and Achacachi (Altiplano), Cochabamba (El Chapare) and as the violent acts of Montero showed, in Santa Cruz.
Of course he also cried about the “illegality” of the referendum for autonomies in Santa Cruz and advocate the Social Sectors, representing the regimes SS, and the army to take part in violent acts against the autonomic movement; Which is present in Santa Cruz, Tarija, Beni, Chuquisaca, Pando and Cochabamba. No wander he is so afraid, he needs to go to his cocaleros zealots to take a little bath of testosterone. The CONALDE of course was politically forced to accept he truce but did not back down from their intent to move the autonomic referendum. The regime’s rhetoric was quiet in the two days that was busy trying, with no success, to prove the US government was spying over the spies of Cuba and Venezuela in our territory. Then Evo Morales moved to his home turf, El Chapare, supposedly to follow up over “humanitarian assistance” given to his supporters in this also, inundated area.
But all Evo did was, well, tear down the truce; not that we are surprise at him not being truthful with the country, but one will expect at least a week of peace and quiet; who knows and with all this rain, what bug must be bugging our own Bolivian apprentice of dictator. Among the “news” he publicly gave us is that his people in El Chapare and El Altiplano, were asking him to have “cojones” and if not, to give them weapons to put the “cojones” for him in order to achieve their indigenous inclined political change. Of course we all know that the regime has already these paramilitary forces established in El Alto and Achacachi (Altiplano), Cochabamba (El Chapare) and as the violent acts of Montero showed, in Santa Cruz.
Of course he also cried about the “illegality” of the referendum for autonomies in Santa Cruz and advocate the Social Sectors, representing the regimes SS, and the army to take part in violent acts against the autonomic movement; Which is present in Santa Cruz, Tarija, Beni, Chuquisaca, Pando and Cochabamba. No wander he is so afraid, he needs to go to his cocaleros zealots to take a little bath of testosterone. THE TIME HAS COME
The fake conversational attempts leaded by Evo Morales’ fascist regime with the freedom fighter of CONALDE has finally touch rock bottom; as expected but not as I hoped. Many of us Bolivians new from the beginning that this was just another attempt to gain time in a moment where the maSSist were at a very low point after they presented to Congress their abortion of proposed text for a new constitution violently conceived inside a military installation in Sucre and forcefully given birth by a maSSist only mob in Oruro. The prefects, of course, where politically obligated to loose this time not to let the regime accuses them of not wanting to achieve agreements; accusations that everybody new they were going to do anyways but that didn’t have any taking in account by those that fight for democracy and the human rights in Bolivia.
During this short period of time Morales and his regime had propagandized a rosary of the lowest possible acts, making mistake after mistake and off course, like always; not taking any responsibility and accountability of the disgrace they represent for this once flourishing democracy in the hart of South America. Things like trying to “buy” the votes of the elderly with a program with a different name, since isn’t a new program; when the old bonosol was better programmed and executed than the maSSist intent of “bono”. Things like using the money that could be serving to help Bolivians in the disaster zone this country currently is, illegally spying on the political leaders fighting for democracy; and later on trying to blame it to the US, off course, we already know, Gorge Bush is even responsible of Evo’s flatulence.
And finally, the total incompetence at the moment of running a policy to try to help the Bolivian population affected by the current natural disasters. Don’t be surprise if Evo blame the rains to the US also. But what can you expect from a president whose idea of “working” and “showing” that he and the regime are trying to compromise issues for the best of the country is, “assisting with the opposition leaders to the different carnival festival entrances of their cities”. What a joke, Evo Morales himself is behaves as a “pepino”, and off course, non off the members of CONALDE where full enough to fall for the populist scheme. Maybe Evo’s fatidic words; also in this short month and a half, saying that with the “bono junacito pinto” & “bono dignidad” he was done and now the opposition can get rid of him, also helped the democratic fighters to say, enough is enough, the time has come.
It seams that the next political steps in the country, in order to avoid violent civil war, is going to be going to the urns by the population to define our future in several referendums. This is going to be another confrontation in itself; which I will address further on time, since the maSSist henchman in charge of organizing elections in Bolivia has already said he wants to limit the referendum instances to 4; one can imagine which ones he wants to choose.
For certain, one of the chosen ones will be the referendum to approve and disapprove the regime’s bloodied text for new constitution and I find this a proper time to examine some of their several articles in relationship to their compliance to Bolivian’s human rights; I will make this analysis step by stem, one at a time, in English and Spanish. Since the maSSists haven’t made public the “changes” made to it, maybe because they are currently working over them; I will use the one presented to congress, after the illegitimate doings in Oruro.

How Low Can a President Get
There is a saying in Bolivia that more or less goes “in love and war anything is acceptable”; in no part of it do we have the word politics. A friend of mine told me ones that the reason is that in politics, “the lowest of the low is the acceptable”. Taking in account that politics are what rule our well being, as a citizen of Bolivia at least; accepting that you had to be the “content” at the bottom of the shit pod to be in politics is really difficult to grasp.
Today, president Evo Morales showed the world that you have to be the “content” if you want to survive as a populist ruler. It is a good thing I don’t think the best democracies are build under the necessity of plotting big media shows no matter who you abuse.
It is very sad, that today, the abused where the poorest of the elderly of Bolivia; today the populist bulldozer of the maSSist machinery moved its pieces at their best fascistic style and gave 200 bolivianos (25$US) to those over 60 years old. An excellent initiative that is just a continuation to a previous president’s policy, with a different name; is almost the same “chola” with other “pollera”. And I said almost because the other initiative, called Bonosol, was carefully explained to the population and was being given silently and effectively to the elderly one time a year, the day of their birthday.
Today, thousand of poor old women and men travel kilometers to get those 200 bolivianos (25$US) and returned home with theirs hands empty and bitterness in their hart. The reason, the regime doesn’t give a shit about them, all they wanted were the cameras showing the few selected elderly kissing the hands of mighty Inca Evo. So sad, they were meanly leaking the bottom of the shit pot.
The good thing about all this is that the majority of the people in the Country have a clear idea of today’s intention, and from today every single day; since the regime’s initiative is supposed to be given every month of the year the day of the birthday of the beneficiary. Up to date, no one knows where to go or if the money is going to be given to those that their number lands Sunday or in a Holiday. At the end, this is one more reason for Bolivians to understand that the “content” must hit the fan.

Let’s Walk the Walk and Talk the Talk.
Seams simple, but isn’t; at least in Bolivian politics and especially within a ruling regime that pretends to hide the wolf under the sheep’s skin. From the beginning of the Evo era the “job” of V.P. Lineras trying to explain what the more than expressive president or maSSist ministers was saying just few hours earlier was of public commentary. This specialized job has become less necessary now that the regime has shown their real face and allowed Lineras himself to jump the totalitarian rhetoric. Today, the role of official miscommunication through maSSist interpretation has passed to less important but equally sinister staff, like minister Rada, but not so much as to change the wording but as to trying to blame their tyrant doings towards others. In all important cases so fare, the maSSist zealots ended up eating their words and not commenting more about the issue, as is they think the rest of the population is going to forget what they “don’t want to see”.
So, we have the end of 2007 with the history about the “pistoleros” in Sucre, some ghost characters created by the maSSists that executed their own people using bullets of calibers different than those of the military or police. A day later of this infamous governmental declaration the police and army itself indicated that they do and “sometimes” used such bullet caliber. A couple of days after, the opposition and the free press remembered Evo and his devotees that the henchmen that attacked the Presidential Offices during the “outing” of President Sanchez de Lozada in 2003 also used the same caliber; observations that surely “helped” the regime to start thinking about the need to find consensus with the democratic opposition rather than to try to impose their brutality over the country.
The year 2008 started with the left foot for the regime, first we have several assassinations under the hands of the Cocaleros in El Chapare, Evo Morales thugs, protected by the brutally and inhuman “Communal Justice”; and the regime’s belief of it being a type of sacred justice since it comes from the Inca times. The maSSist where quick to answer that torturing, as in lashing and hitting, and capital punishment (murder) as in burning or burying the victim alive and hanging is not a part of communal justice, the facts and the negative fro the regime to apprehend the authors of such barbaric behavior says other thing.
And just know, still within the first month of the year, the scandal, the National Direction of Intelligence, a police entity similar to what it is the FBI in the US and that depends directly under Minister of Interior Rada, yes, the regime’s most used spokesman of the last months, was caught by the “police” investigating opposition political leaders, free press journalists and others freedom fighter leaders, using “illegal” means; such as pinching telephone communications. The regime, off course, denied they had anything to do with it, since those were the tactics against them in the times of military dictatorship; it seams they learned pretty well what you should not do if you want to keep yourself within democracy.
So fare, the maSSist haven’t even recognized the existence of the documentation and blamed the opposition and the police for the chaos; the information is coming by the hour, so we will see in the next few days where the road to this “Evogates” takes us. For the moment, all of us will continue in this rollercoaster to save the country from a tyrant.

Is the mathematics, stupid!
That is what I though I was going to hear from Evo Morales after those long hours of live TV, showing as Bolivians how the government can, or pretend, negotiate democratic solutions to the chaos they created in the first place; Situation that has taken the Country to almost the point of self destruction. And no, the title has nothing to do with any specific political proposal; it is a Clintonian allegory to a mathematical equation that says that a negative times a negative yields a positive.
In one hand of the equation we have the negative, brutally murderous and illegal maSSsit proposed new Bolivian constitution; one document that has all the necessary negative antibodies to make the majority of the Bolivian population to be against it. Those, this obligated the regime to seek a way to save it, with the least possible damage to its wording.
The Bolivian opposition to the racist neo indigenous ruling party and its equally racist and excluding new constitution gave Bolivians the other negative part of the equation, manly but not lonely, the autonomic statutes of Santa Cruz. A document that cannot be legally approved, or used, even if voted in favor by the population in free elections; if the current constitution is not changed; neither this autonomic statutes be legally used if the maSSist proposed document passed. The legal implications where know by the opposition and the fact they finally pushed it up front was to obligate the ruling party to slow down their violent and totalitarian push towards a total collapse of freedom and human rights in the country.
The strategy worked but not until the regime managed to have over 30 assassinations blooding their hands and after the opposition showing the government that if necessary, they can also convert civilian population into violent mobs. Thus the country is today clearly divided in two, almost equal in population but with a larger chunk of territorial control by the opposition, something that doesn’t give a real advantage if a fratricidal confrontation should start. I still don’t understand why the regime took so long to believe that they didn’t had the monopoly of civilian violence any more after last year’s civilian confrontation in Cochabamba; the most probable cause is that their communist ideology makes them undervalue human life, being people just peons to move in their totalitarian career.
So here we are; Evo and his maSSist ministers, plus a couple of his Prefects almost facing one by one to the opposition prefects, future Governors of their Departments. The balance of number of participants in this negotiation table shifts in favor of the regime, but the true democratic power behind the Prefects made of them a strong force, a real opposition that it is finally unifying and could easily become the driving power that will end up Evo and the maSSist delirium of absolute political power.
One thing is for sure, Bolivians are not going to stand still to let a dictator, in the name of president for life, inca emperor or whatever other name that want to be use to diminish or take or rights to democracy and freedom. The current stand against the maSSist intentions isn’t the last, it is just the beginning.

The Totalitarian Process Continues
Last January the 10th, while I was reading the local papers and filling up my spirit with some news about the incoming conversation between the regime and the opposition, a small publication about the firing of personnel in the National Electoral Court bring me to attention. Mainly for two reasons; first, the maSSist regime had just had their new appointee named the president of that institution, he is a puppet under the name of Exeni, that openly defended and approved the new illegal constitution by MAS in a Blog he shared with other neo indigenous fanatics and the second reason because this is going to supposedly be a very important and intensive electorate year, so it is strange for me that changes are made within an institution that was among the clearest in the country. When I investigated a little more about the people being fired, I couldn’t be more disappointed; the regime was at it again and there is now a new tyrant want to be in town; getting rid of decent people in very important positions to fill the blanks with their own zealots.
Exeni’s first actions as president of the Bolivian National Electoral Court was to fire Juan Carlos Villaroel, 18 years working in the court surviving different Bolivian governments and politicians; he was in charge of Goods and Services and his main job tasks where being responsible of the electorate registration books, the ballot format and presentation, the Court’s informatics spreadsheets and of all electoral material. This position is off key importance because in the hands of corrupted people the electorate books can be use to register people more than once, something the maSSist regime are accused to do more than once. This position also controls the feeding of information for the Electoral Patron and it could easily be use to allow acolytes to the regime to vote more than once in places where their representation is poor. The format of the ballot is also important, since in Bolivia there is usually a lot of political parties involved in elections, being at the borders of the ballot or away from other parties with similar colors could be of relative weight.
The second person being dismissed by this obscure personage was Miguel Serrano, 15 years of transparent work an before Exeni’s black hand the Director of Information; he managed the Electoral Patron, the militant inscription, the political parties legal status, the civil registrar data base and the compute and diffusion of results of the electoral votes. Whoever maSSist takes this position will have to be closely monitor because it could be use to invent legal problems towards parties not in accordance to the regime in a manner that their inscription could be prevented, whoever in this position could also intent to manipulate the results of the votes in areas where the maSSist have little penetration, spatially with the “loss” of information or ballots. Most important off all, this position controls the data base of who can or cannot vote; people in areas like the “Media Luna” or cities like Cochabamba and Sucre that now are against the regime, can find themselves suddenly “depurated” from voting by “mistake”.
The third person fired by Exeni’s mischievous hand was Gabriela Romero, 5 years working in the National Electoral Court and in charge of Civic Education; she demonstrated incomparable impartiality in all elections she participated working on Citizen Participation and capacitating of Electoral Juries and Electoral Notaries. We can expect whoever within the maSSist organization that replaces Romero to make that branch of the Electoral Court and appendix of the very well organized and financed political propaganda program within the regime.
This knife staving at the back off Bolivian democracy doesn’t come solely from the hand of Exeni. Totalitarian regimes like the one within the MAS don’t work under one man’s decisions; they use several perpetrators to achieve their goals, the maSSist movement can most likely be portrait, once again, to the 1940’s German Nazis; Exeni being one more puppet among several others, that could very likely end up saying that they didn’t know what the regime was up to when in dishonor and legally charged; as a matter of fact, the firing of these three persons within the National Electoral Court cannot be a decision he made, since he was not even a week in charge, it was clearly ordered to him by the rules up above in the regime, I wouldn’t be surprised if not by Evo and Alvaro themselves.

Manipulation
The Colombian FARC & Chavez hostage gate and the Evo 5.56 mm. bullets gate in Sucre are all the sorriest example of political manipulation that could only come from lowest of the lowest of populist idiosyncrasy. All that loud mouthing by major leaders of the nationalistic movements, Chavez and Evo, and the great quantity of resources spent in political propaganda trying to divert their failure to other grounds could only make proud at fellows as Goebbels and their like.
Chavez and Evo share a couple of pitiful common points, the total disregard for human compassion towards the victims and the alliance, in mint and soul, to the malign perpetrators. First we have Hugo Chavez, almost exploding of pride like a rococo (large Bolivian frog) puffing for air before howling to the four corners of the world about the “great” connections he is got with the terrorist FARC from whom he was going to secure the release of some hostages, just because he is such a powerful leader and so much respected by the FARC. Sure, and we are all kids that believe the FARC are going to give Hugo a candy for nothing, and we are such a naïve society that believe the Hugo’s intentions have nothing to do with gaining political momentum in a critical point of his dictatorial career.
Let’s remember that all this freeing the hostage ordeal was supposed to happen before Hugo’s last intent to change his country constitution to make him dictator for life; and then he continued with the circus in intent to save face after his debacle in the polls. It appears all do, that the FARC don’t believe they need whatever Chavez offered them, probably money and safe haven in the Venezuelan – Colombian border; or that as it happened with one of the hostages, they cannot deliver these poor people to freedom. Hugo, off course, blamed his failure to somebody else, the Colombian government, one more sorry example of the classical dictators set of mind of impossibility to accept they can make mistakes.
Then we have Evo, with over 30 assassinated by his governmental forces in less than 2 years at office; being the latest murders in Sucre the ones mostly affecting him and his regime. Not because he cares about the victims and their families, but because it puts him in the same situation he put his past rival Goni Sanchez de Lozada and because it directly affects the status of his constitution, the one the he needs to pass to reign over Bolivia like the Inca (King) he believes he is.
The murdered in Sucre where hit from above and two of them almost in the same area, all of them where killed by 5.56 mm bullets. With this information the regime was quick to say that neither the police nor the army uses those ammunitions, as in regular bases; those, “somebody else” must have fired those shoots and murdered those citizens of Bolivia. The regime didn’t expected that several police officials immediately reported that 5.56 mm ammunitions are carried and used by both, the police and the army, in special occasions. Soon the regime was informed by the local press that the person murdered last year in Oruro, a member of “Los Sin Techo” (The Ones without a Roof), was shoot by a 5.56 mm; the only ones firing shoots on that day where the police, of course, no culprit was ever found.
More interesting at all it is that the data from the 2003 Goni ousting showed that the bullets fired to the presidential palace, one can only assume that by the “pacific” protesters of the War Over Gas, were all 5.56 mm. Taking in account the amount of Ponchos Rojos presented in Sucre and other civilian hired (guns), the “gatilleros” as named by the regime, could very possible come from those henchmen. Not the police or the army, but even worse, from the maSSist civilian squadristy itself.
Time will bring up the true, and culprits will be identified, since time is something not even dictators for life can detain; it is our responsibility at this point, no to let history pass without documenting this barbarism for our future generation not to repeat it again.

Changes, real changes
Just about a couple of years ago, Bolivians were at the urns to democratically elect those that will bring us the changes so much identified we needed to better or life, as a country, as citizens and as human beings. The people choose, wisely or not, to have a representative of the Bolivian poor and indigenous population as their president and the middle class, old politician guard, as their prefects, those creating a balance among our political power, a check valve from one to other.
Both groups delivered last Sunday, December 15, 2007; among much celebration, what will be held as the documents that would shape the future of the Country in the short time and will govern our next generations. Both papers couldn’t be the most opposite from each other, both are a failure of what people, the citizens of Bolivia, was requesting for them. Sadly, those that had the most power to do the right thing, the executive government, were the ones that failed completely and drove the rest towards total anarchy; history will take them accountable for their mischievous acts. The only similarity among both documents is that they were born in illegality; the huge differences among both documents are resumed bellow.
The maSSist new Bolivian Constitution was born among violence, among the blood of the social movements, with the deaths of citizens of Bolivia and among the breakage of civil and human rights of those that are a supposed minority in the country, minority only in paper; the one used to express the peoples votes in our last presidential elections. It involved irregularities, aggression and breakage of the law by the executive against the legislative, the judicial and the constituent assembly. It’s fruit was a paper that represent changes to the country, but not the new, renovate, fresh changes the majority of Bolivians were asking for; in it’s intent to take us 500 years ago it only takes us 50 years ago, at the same level than the post agrarian revolution era, given more power to the executive, as if only one man could solve all our problems; its outdated nationalism delivers a recipe of economic failure, its asphyxiate centralism is the same of the pre Evo era and even worst, renovates racism and has no checks to defend the minorities; it actually empowers the abuse of the majority by declaring the use of simple majority of votes to elaborate or change laws.
The other text, the Santa Cruz Autonomic Statute was born under consent of more than 2/3 of the regional leaders, without violence, without deaths and until its declaration, following all laws of the country; its earlier than expected pronouncement was, with no doubt a response to the brutality of the executive power, clearly indicating to them that the use of violence and anarchy will only bring more violence and anarchy; living in peace and harmony is the best way, but defending what is right sometimes will take returning a blow, as it happen in Cochabamba and Sucre this year. This document really reflects changes, it has a lot of what we, as citizens were looking for, it diminished the power of the one person in command at the executive seat, taking away from him/her the possibility to veto the legislative, only allowing this power to pass any new or changed law to the judicial power if encounter any issue associate with it. The 2/3 of the votes for legislation and the naming off several different types of governmental positions is present all over the document; dose given the minorities a saying on the ways of the region. It clearly says it will respect and obey the 1948 declaration of human rights, not just the rights of the indigenous people. It clearly gives a seat in the legislative to each of the regions indigenous groups, giving them more presence per capita than to the rest of the population, a way of compensating their status as minorities. And most important of all, it clearly recognizes the majority mixture, mestizaje, of the regional and Bolivian population; taking any possibility of giving more rights to one side of the population in base of race.
There is still a long way to see which of these documents, if any, will be approved by the Bolivian population and if there will be any opposition from the groups on power to respect the vote of the citizens, if they ever happen. It’s still sad for us within the social movements that do respect democracy, to have to live and taste the reborn of our society among illegality, it gives a sense to be some kind of “bastards”; but as always happened to this country, we survive making the best out of adversity; we just where hoping this time was going to be different, the irony; so much for wanting to change.

Bolivian Break Point
The constituent assembly should have become that point of change, of discontinuity that would have catapulted the country towards a better, more united future, an it would have being successful if not used by the maSSist regimen as a means of violent neo Trotskyite revolutionary mace instead of a pacific democratic tool to change the few things missing from a previous Bolivian “Magna Carta”.
From the beginning of this process, when the infamous 2/3 vote issue aroused within the conclave, many have warned that between the most realistic and the worst-case scenarios, there will be an upper limit of capacity from which the Country will start to evolve in the direction of total anarchy. Many warnings were given to the MaSSist regime, unprecedented civil violence had occurred in Cochabamba last January 2007 and then again in Sucre this November 2007; where indigenous fascist masses driven by the president of the country provoked civilian skirmish which produced death citizens of Bolivia. Even most unprecedented was the use of civilian zealots by a democratic elected government, the one of Evo Morales, to prevent legislators that represent the opposition participating on behalf of those that does not alienate with the maSSi doctrine last November 28, 2007. Situation that later on was used in Oruro to approve the regime’s draft constitution.
Yesterday’s abortion of maSSist constitution protected in similar manner by this indigenous fascists was the definite break point for the country and its indisputable necessity to turn towards civil disobedience, which at the end it only means violence and anarchy, to save the little possibility of recuperating democracy in the Country ones again. The use of violent civilian masses to subjugate the will of the free citizens was a practice of “great” but obscure leaders like Mussolini and Hitler; Evo Morales will soon be part of such “selected” list when studying humankind history.
Would it still exist some little possibility for Bolivians to avoid a full scale confrontation; a civil war where no one can win? Since no side has overwhelming human power over the other to balance the confrontation to its favor. There is an overwhelming territorial power clearly distinguished everywhere but Cochabamba and there is also the political and human power of convocation of 2/3 of the prefects of the country. Their actions in the near future are the ones that will set precedent to define if the maSSist break point ends up in as the point of no return for Bolivia. Since the regime has clearly established that the use of the force and civilian confrontation is going to be its way of living until the end of it times.

CUOP D’ETAT
I was walking the streets in a very late, beautiful Bolivian summer night, enjoying the city’s latest graphite in the walls; a giant swastika following an M and an A, “Evo Asesino”, just the sort of day to day expressions of the free men and women of this land, in other words, minding my own business; when I heard sounds of troop movement, smell of fear, odor of hate. I said what the heck!!!! I am almost over the main square, are the military ousting the apprentice of dictator? I approached the corner and I could see a bunch of people that looked just like me, but I did not get closer because I could feel their hate, desperation and alcohol, always a sign of alert in Bolivia around multitudes.
And they were not in fact anybody like me, they were not the common citizen of Bolivia, they were part of the squadristi of Evo Morales, the civilian bullies of the regime that photography in hand were selecting how could and who couldn’t enter to the Bolivia congress. I could see the guy I voted for to represent me, I almost say to him, way to go dude, go represent me. But he wasn’t allowed to ingress, the one I democratically selected, the one I freely choose, was denied to represent me by the maSSist regime. This was in effect; the maSSist’s cuop d’etat to Bolivian democracy; not even when the military performed this horrendous act was as bad as this demonstration of dictatorship and tyranny, at least they where open about doing it.
I almost yell to these criminals that he and I represent 47% of the Bolivian population that did not vote for the regime, but I was prudent; choose your fights I said to myself, at this moment, you are one, they are hundreds, and if this situation is identical than the one in Sucre, behind those bullies is the police with their fusil and behind the police the army with its machine guns, the dreaded metralla;
So I just calmly left the place, singing louder and louder every time, “palo, fusil, metralla, el pueblo no se calla / palo, fusil, metralla, el pueblo no se calla / PALO, FUSIL, METRALLA, EL PUEBLO NO SE CALLA.”

¨It isn’t my fault; it was the Empire’s!!!!¨
I couldn’t do anything but laugh and continue with the sarcasm, under the admiration, incredulity and clue lessens of a bunch of members of the international community, read as, a lot of non Latin American dudes. What happened is that riding in a bus towards a location where we had to obtain data for an Environmental Impact Study, I smelled certain Chavista odor in the enclosed area; I directed my attention to the one Venezuelan expert in the group and I told him, ¨Hey Bolivarian, you farted¨, and he immediately answered the above phrase I use to title this post.
We continue on and on with examples happening in our Countries that ended up with our governments usual response, which is, adding up some American spice, Isn’t the economy stupid; it is the Empire!!!. Not a surprise to Bolivians and Venezuelans, but yes too many Europeans and Americans. Since, if in our countries there is inflation, is not our fault, it is the Empire!. If we don’t like something the government is doing, is not us that we don’t like it, is the Empire!. If we fight for democracy, is the Empire financing the Oligarchy!. If there is no bread, is not our internal policies that do not incentive production, is the Empire!. If there is no ¨maraquetas¨, is not our government that cannot produce enough GLP, is the empires!. (Note, Venezuelans use the word maraqueta for a very different thing than Bolivians and according to my new friend, they will always have a lot of it, Empire or not).
In definitive, Venezuelans and Bolivians, according to our current regimes, are in fault on nothing and responsible of nothing, because everything is the Empire’s fault. That is why our governments do not need to incentive production and the idea of having others investing in our Country, as ¨partners and not patrons¨ is for them to take all the risks, with the exception of those whiling to invest in the regimes pockets, but of course, if that happen and the still free press caches it, it is the Empire’s fault.
When it appears that not even flatulencies will escape the Empire’s domination, we discovered that, at least in Venezuela, there are two things that not even the Empire will dare to touch, the price of gasoline and the price of alcohol. Interestingly, those are the two things that are not being affected by the skyrocketing Venezuelan inflation.
I was left defenseless addressing this situation, since earlier on I bragged that our opposition in Bolivia was empowering democracy by not letting the Mazist taking control of the senate, most of the regional governments, the Constituent Assembly, and now the streets of Sucre and Cochabamba, along side the ones of Santa Cruz. But I could not identify anything that will really push us Bolivians to kick whoever ass is needed if molested, Empire or not. Presupuesto Para la U (Money for the University) passed by my mind, but that is very much localized, Selling Gas to Chile was other thing that crossed by, but we are not doing so, yet.
I didn’t have other option to blame it to the Empire for not having an answer so I wouldn’t have to accept a defeat, but I was left preoccupied for not having untouchable ¨things¨ on the Country, maybe somebody else reading this blog can help me to find a couple. In the mean time, I should remain me readers, that the ¨Attack of the Empire¨ syndrome excreted by the Socialist of the XXI century is no other thing than the Nazi’s Joseph Goebbels first principle: ¨The Principle of Simplification and of the Lone Enemy¨, which in the case of the Socialists of the XXI century means making everybody believe that anything wrong that happens is the US (Empire) fault and that Country is the lone enemy to defeat. Juan Carlos de Borbon of Spain had lived the Nazi influence in his country and had survived Spain’s greatest tyrant, which is why he could not restrain himself and open his mouth to make as aware of the dangers of the dictators to be in Latin America.

We are the Monkeys . . . .
.. . . na, ná, na, na, ná, na , na, naaa. . . . . . remember that TV musical show we all loved as kids in the 70’s. Never mind, there were only two TV channels, all TV’s where in black and white and “The Monkeeys” (with 2 ee) was a group of singers very much like The Beatles, and a good part of the show, the only parts I can remember, the group was being chased by the groupies in fast action camera, hilarious 20 century Bolivia.
Hilarious is in deed, that now in the 21st century, we find these comedians, sorry, I meant The Monkeys, with 1 e, rooming the presidential palace and being chased by the oligarchic groupies of Santa Cruz, not fans at all, but the terror expression on The Monkey’s faces are the same.

Not even ones did Commander Costas referred to anybody in Bolivia, La Paz or the government with the appellative of mono, monkey, primate or whatever. As a matter of fact, I already advised the distinguished Santa Cruz leader, that the next time he mentions Chavez; he should use the comparison with “rococos” or “garrapatas”.
It is strange to me, then, that one of the most sinister members of the mazista regime will almost immediately cry out laud to the 4 winds that mister Costas is a racist because he called our magnificent Evo, “el mono menor”. He then explained that Costas did not “directly” called any names to brother Evo, but since he say that Chavez was the big monkey then it means Evo is the little monkey and that is just, plain racist.
Whaaaaaaaaaaat? Wait a minute, I just don’t understand, why if Chavez is the big monkey, Evo is the little monkey? I was thinking about this when Evo himself, in Yapacani, cried out to his constituents, that Costas mistreated him calling him, little monkey. Since he was not addressing an informed sector of the Bolivian population, no explanations about the monkey business were given, he just plainly lied.
So, Evo and the mazist publicly recognized that they are “under” the command of Hugo Chavez. What happened with the history about the “dignity” the Bolivian governments must have, not being under the umbrella of other country? What is the difference from a North American empire that subjugates our government in a quiet way and a Caribbean Empire that subjugates our government through open bravatas? No dignity, no liberty, no nothing promised while burning La Paz in October 2003. I will say, if the Mazist had changed something in this country, it will be the last paragraph of our National Anthem. “Morir antes que esclavos vivir”; for “Morir antes que cheques renunciar”.

Bolivia - Guilty until Proven Innocent
No, I am not confusing the term because English isn’t my first language and I am not being sarcastic either. The true is that in Bolivia, even before the present regime, and against the law and our constitution, in many situations as Bolivians have to prove to be innocent to a criminal charge. Many of my compatriots lost their jobs, positions and even worst, their liberty, actually spending time in jail, because this abuse of power. I could say, perhaps; because of the incompetence and luck of resources of our Bolivian Police force.
But confusing is in deed, that Bolivian dictator to be Evo Morales, a direct affected and abused by draconian and unconstitutional Law 1008 in his early days as a Cocalero Union Leader in El Chapare; ordered the taking of the International Airport of Viru Viru in Santa Cruz, by the military, to get rid of the airport’s manager recently accused of corruption and taking payments under the table. This assault was performed by military commandos, not the police, like if the personnel in the airport offices were some type of armed terrorist taking the airport installations by force. This people’s human’s rights were violently violated and many lost their job immediately without due process; for the moment.
Anybody that believes in peace, democracy and the respect for human rights will ask, couldn’t the police have obtained enough information to open a case and get a warrant for the arrest of the probable corrupted administrative, in order to process them according to the law? And the answer would be, off course they could have. Then, why this did not happened? Why the abuse of power? Why using the military in a democracy the month we are remembering the violence and fallen this same month in 2003? Why the several pacific protesters injured? They just didn’t want the military to police civilian society, is that to much to ask in a democratic country? Why the foreign, Venezuelan for sure and who knows what more, military personnel present during a Bolivian military maneuver that should never happened?
Perhaps the fact that the accused airport administrative official was the one that opened the Pandora box about the PDVSA officials landing in Bolivia and staying for several hours before taking off and being detained in Argentina with hundreds of thousand petrodollars in a briefcase; something first denied by Morales regime and still under investigation, in Argentina; is the main reason for this violent action taking place.
No matter what, it was to much for the civilian population of Santa Cruz that is growing tired of being verbally, economically and now militarily abused by the mazist regime; and the response was just like the people in Cochabamba when their right to congregate and to have freedom of speech was denied by Evo’s totalitarian regime, tens of thousands took the streets and then the airport. It appears that a cold chill crossed Evo’s and his assessors spines, since they quickly, and wisely for at least one time, moved the troops to where they should be, their quarters.
The Viru Viru fiasco is one more victory for democracy in Bolivia and another blow for the Tyrant apprentice, a lot of dirt is going to come out of this, by I seriously doubt is going to be enough to bury the current government’s despotic intentions. Never the less, Bolivia was not build in one day and those that love democracy know how to wait, unseated.

Bolivia Libre se torna anglo parlante
Hace poco más de un año atrás, preocupado por la capacidad de difundir información mal intencionada al mejor estilo nazi por parte del régimen de Evo Morales y con la posibilidad real de que se venga encima de nuestro país una nueva Constitución racista y exclúyete, me di a la tarea de crear este blog. Un poco para tenerlo como un registro histórico, lo que es en un principio un blog o bitácora, y otro poco para utilizarlo como medio de comunicación de la verdadera realidad Boliviana o como medio de discusión si alguno se atrevía.
Era consiente desde un principio, tomando en cuenta que prácticamente vivo al día a día con el trabajo que tengo, que no iba a poder desarrollar este Blog como tenia idealizado; sin embargo me propuse escribir por lo menos un par de veces al mes y a contestar a quien quisiera discutir algún tema. Lo primero lo hice a un principio y lo segundo lo hice siempre y lo seguiré haciendo.
El hecho de que haya dejado de publicar, sin embargo, se debe que este año he descubierto con felicidad, que somos muchos los bolivianos que apoyamos a la democracia en Bolivia a través de este medio escrito, que prácticamente es de protesta sin tapujos ni control político. Ya que por lo menos por ahora el MAS no tiene esa capacidad de control mediático, pese a sus grandes esfuerzos por intentarlo. En efecto, me di cuenta que el Boliviano de a pie, el de día a día, está bien informado y no se está dejando “mamar” como la mayoría de los gringuitos y europeos que sueñan con ver una América Latina “indigenizada” para calmar un poco el pesar que les causa los genocidios causados en estas tierras por sus tatarabuelos.
Es por eso que la gran mayoría de los Blog personales, del Boliviano que lo hace por amor a su patria y no por un sueldo en una ONG o pagado por algún grupo de poder, escribe retando al Mazismo; contándose estos por cerca de la centena, algunos con Blogs y hasta páginas Web muy bien elaboradas. Siendo aquellas páginas a favor del régimen casi exclusivamente las de las ONG que se aferran como pueden al engendro que han creado unos años atrás y que ha llevado a más de un ensalzado destruye patria a nivel de ministro u otro cargo inventado de asesor de nada.
So, I reviewed my case and decided that what the Country really needs at the moment is to have a similar amount of Bolivian blogers, the ones that live the day to day in the country, writing their experiences in English. This, because the real miss informed people are the ones that understand non or almost no Spanish, have an influence about the country in their own blogs or trough their monetary donations to NGO’s, and prefer to use English as their communication language.
That is the reason, this part of my blog will become Anglo speaking from today on; keeping the one with the newspaper posts in Spanish. I am not a great English writer, and I am even a worst speaker, as a matter of fact, I am surprise at the level of communication I achieved just being one of the few wet backs rooming the South of Texas in the eighties. But I can hold my ground and I will dare anyone to discuses my issues if sufficiently brave, do not expect the same capacity of sarcasm, but I will do my best.
No furthermore explanation is needed; I thank everybody reading my “truth” I can only say, sitting other non English speaking that did great trying to use this language, “I’ll be back”.

2/3 Carajo !!!!
Para no creer, ya que en la Bolivia de hoy día parece imposible que alguien pueda obtener la tan ansiada cifra; la que es un puchichi en el trasero del régimen mazista desde el primer día después de haber ganado las elecciones presidenciales, por la mayoría más uno de votos. Una cifra con la que Evo sueña en forma permanente para poder hacer lo que le venga en gana al mejor estilo bolivariano del siglo XXI sin que lo pueda joder nadie. Paro la tan ansiada cifra no la logró el MAS, ni Evo, y me atrevería a decir que si no por la paja mental de la oposición Venezolana, ni el rococo de Chávez.
El 2/3 lo logró, ni más ni menos, la fragmentada oposición Boliviana que está dando los últimos aleteos para impedir la muerte de la democracia en el país. Y estos aleteos no son puro aire, vienen con patada voladora y puyón afilado. Son comités cívicos, agrupaciones autonomistas minoritarias, un PODEMOS fragmentado, un Manfred solitario, una UN debilucha y un MNR que no se decide entre chicha o limonada; en síntesis, un grupito que no debería poder matar ni una mosca, especialmente tomando en cuenta que no tienen a su favor, y al parecer tampoco en su contra, a ninguno de los grupos legalmente armados en Bolivia. Esta increíble “juntucha” de patriotas ha podido convocar y además ha logrado, la paralización de la mayoría de las actividades de 6 de 9 departamentos del país. Para aquellos mazistas duros en números, eso se traduce a 2/3 de Bolivia protestando contra las despóticas manifestaciones totalitarias de un presidente con brújula de hace 500 años atrás y sumisión miserable al sapo caribeño que mira gozoso nuestro desangramiento desde su charco de petróleo.
Por desgracia para nuestra ciudadanía tan sufrida y cuya gran mayoría solo pide vivir con dignidad, un techo, el estómago lleno y poder contar con algo de sobrante para los tiempos de necesidad; la necedad del presente régimen de corte fascista indigenista ha obligado a su pueblo, en el fondo pacífico, a pasar de la palabra y la tinta al hecho físico; lo que conlleva al inevitable derramamiento de sangre fraternal. De nada le sirvieron al MAS las enseñanzas en Huanuni o las del paro de 5 departamentos en diciembre pasado, que de hecho ya representaban más de la mitad del país, y que por pésima lectura del régimen terminó llamándose enero rojo de Cochabamba. Será que ahora que Chuquisaca se unió al grupo puedan ver la cruda realidad? Quien sabe y Evo se de cuenta que la historia podría dejarlo pegado como chicle en el zapato como el artífice de la destrucción de una patria en el mismísimo lugar donde Simón Bolívar creo la suya. Solo el tiempo, el corto tiempo para ser más preciso, lo dirá. Ya que el endeble de su vicepresidente anda en una orgía poncho rojiza mental, en busca de meritos nunca adquiridos en su tiempo de dizque guerrillero; sabrá el que, el que la busca, la encuentra.
